First, The Inspection Before The Operation
1. Before operation, please read the warning section on the front page of this manual. It is recommended that the operator use protective equipment such as masks, gloves, goggles, and protective clothing during the operation.
2. Check the connection direction of the raw material input pipeline, circulating water pipeline and gas pipeline of the system to ensure the connection is correct, and check whether all joints are tightened (material, water, gas).
3. Check if the load cell is in contact with the drum. Loosen the M10 screws (3 barrels per barrel) until the barrel contacts the sensor and the screws are loose. If the equipment needs to be moved over a long distance, the screws should be tightened to prevent damage to the sensor caused by vibration during the movement.
4. Check if the connection of the power cable is correct and whether the ground wire is safe and reliable.
5. Control whether all switches on the instrument panel are in the OFF position.

Second, equipment cleaning and maintenance
1, Clean Up
1.1 At the end of production, the mixing tube should be removed to check whether there is any surplus material. If there is any remaining material, it should be cleaned again. After cleaning, add a small amount of oil or lubricating oil and seal it with butter.
1.2, clean up the operation of trolleys, mixers and other components.
1.3. Clean the main feeding tube, and the B material tube should be sealed to prevent the solidification of the B material and the pneumatic valve to be damaged. The discharge port of the mixer should also be sealed to prevent the solidification and blockage of the B material.
2, Equipment Maintenance
2.1, if the equipment has resin inside and should not be used for 2 hours every 2-3 angel A\B material for 2 hours to prevent pipeline blockage. See the operating instructions for the cycle operation – automatic control – cycle.
2.2. If the pressure of material A or material B is high during the test phase, until the alarm is reached, stop the A/B material pipeline for blockage and check if the mixer is blocked.
2.3. If the A\B material is found to have high pressure at the same time during use, it should be stopped to check whether the mixer, mixing tube and mold are blocked.
2.4. The removed metering pump should be sealed with oil in time to prevent the resin crystallized in the metering pump from solidifying and blocking the metering pump. The metering pump is a precision component that cannot be removed frequently.
2.5. If the equipment is replaced or not used for a long time, the raw materials in the equipment should be completely cleaned, including pipelines and tanks. After cleaning, add a small amount of oil or lubricating oil, start the cycle for half an hour, then execute the glue injection command, drive the oil out, and finally seal the mixer discharge port with butter.
