 Production Process : 

The roving and the woven frame are made of glass fiber continuous roving, glass fiber felt and other reinforcing materials under the traction of the pultrusion machine, impregnated with the resin through the resin bath, and then formed by a preforming mold which maintains a certain cross-sectional shape and is heated by the metal mold. A process for curing, finally cooling and automatically cutting, continuously producing an equal-section FRP profile. The pultrusion process is an advanced mechanized composite material forming process. The process has small environmental pollution, high production efficiency, low cutting loss, no waste scraps, and can produce FRP profiles of any length and other sections.
